Delivery Information

UK Delivery

Mainland UK excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

International Delivery

International orders (those not from Mainland UK) are subject to varying delivery fees. Fees are calculated during the checkout process based on the size of product ordered and location for delivery.

Delivery Timescales

Some of our custom products, by their very nature, are made to order.

Typical delivery timescale ESTIMATES are provided for each product, however we cannot guarantee delivery inside the timescale given. Each product is produced on it's own production line, meaning lead times can vary per product. We will endeavour to deliver your items as quickly as possible, meaning orders for different products can arrive at different times.

We often manufacture large orders for Councils and House Builders. This means delivery timescales can be subject to delays. If you need information about our current lead times for a product, or to check on the status of a current order, contact us on sales@dhfproducts.com stating your order number and we will respond as soon as possible.

Excellent product at a good price. I did have an issue with the first sign delivered where it was quite badly damaged in transit (couriers fault), but Street Signs Direct corrected this by sending a replacement in good time. Customer service was good, with timely responses to my correspondence. Recommend this company if you are looking for a street sign.

Wanting to buy a sign for friends who once lived in England, I took a chance and ordered on-line from Street Signs Direct. When the sign arrived, I was amazed at the size of the parcel, much bigger than I imagined it would be. More impressive was the production of the sign reflecting my friends street address. They are going to LOVE it! I highly recommend this company, they exceeded my expectations, thank you.

Perfect, the sign was delivered on time and is a completely authentic City of London street sign. You can by cheaper rubbishy plastic signs elsewhere, or fiendishly expensive authentic ones, but I reckon this is the place to go if you want reasonably priced and top notch quality.

Delighted with the bespoke sign supplied by DHF Products. Our particular size, wording and material requirements were all taken on board, including adjustments to the draft design until we were completely satisfied. The sign has been delivered exactly as agreed and priced competitively.
