Specification documents for every product we make
Our permanent road signs are manufactured in-house in the UK to the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions (TSRGD 2016) and BS EN 12899-1, and carry UKCA marking where the specification calls for it. Our sign posts are hot-dip galvanised steel, certified to EN 10219 and BS EN ISO 1461.

Permanent road signs
The sheets on every permanent road sign page: the reflective vinyl on the face, the substrate it is applied to, and the channel and clips that fix it to a post. The classification sheet sets out the structural performance classes and the channel used for each sign size.

3M Reflective Vinyl

3mm Aluminium Composite Substrate

A polyethylene core between two 0.3mm aluminium skins: lighter than solid aluminium, rust and corrosion resistant, and close to zero scrap value, which reduces the risk of theft.

Anti-Rotational Sign Clips

The sheets on our galvanised sign post pages. The specification sheet and mill test certificate give the grade, wall thickness, mechanical properties and zinc coating for each post diameter.

Hot-dip galvanised steel posts in 50 to 114mm diameters, stocked in standard lengths and cut to length on site. Supplied with a post cap; powder coated to any RAL colour on request.
